In order to help you in this adventure, Mountain Air has curated a select list of the finest builders who excel in designing and building extraordinary mountain architecture.
The participants of Mountain Air’s Preferred Builder Program all have proven track records of designing stunning homes to fit the mountain landscape with extensive portfolios to showcase their work. They’re able to create indoor spaces that embrace the natural surroundings and seamlessly bring the outdoors into the home. Many of our Preferred Builders were born and raised in Western North Carolina. And whether you choose a builder who’s Certified Green or the builder who created our clubhouse, rest assured that each one designs in harmony with Mountain Air’s architectural guidelines.
