SPA TOHI at Mountain Air
Located in the lower level of the 4,600ft Chautauqua Center at Slickrock Village Green, Spa Tohi provides exclusive Mountain Air spa therapies to its Members and their guests. World-class spa treatments have been carefully curated utilizing Privai botanical products, locally hand-crafted here in the biodiverse Blue Ridge Mountains. Each treatment is composed of healing plants, stones, and minerals that harmonize with multi-correctional and pampering therapies to create an opus of mental, spiritual, and physical bliss.

APPOINTMENTS & RESERVATIONS
Spa appointments must be scheduled prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. A full-service fee will be applied to your account for failure to follow this policy. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
ARRIVAL
We suggest that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment to get signed in and begin to relax.
AGE
All spa guests must be 16 or older to receive a treatment with the exception of nail services.
CELL PHONES
In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone before entering the spa.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are optional and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).
VALUABLES
Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
